Evergreen Books LI is a self-publishing company founded and managed by Charles Grubert. The evergreen tree was chosen for our name and logo partly due to its prevalence on long island, as we are based in Ronkonkoma, NY, but also because of the symbolism associated with it. Since the evergreen continues to thrive throughout the cold, harsh winter, it has long been considered a symbol of perseverance through hardship. In a world that can sometimes seem difficult, it is our hope to offer our readers works that convey a similar message.
About THE AUTHOR
Charles Grubert is a relative newcomer to the writing world. Having discovered his love for writing as a teenager, he is truly passionate about the world we live in and would like to do his part in making it a better place. Using his own style of creativity, his works have a different feel to them, each one offering a unique story, while also eliciting a deeper thought.
